1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs (at room temperature)
1 t pure vanilla
3 cups flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 cups good quality semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together with mixer. Add eggs one at a time - beat until creamy. Add vanilla. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients together before slowly adding them to creamed mixture. When combined, stop mixer and add chocolate chips. Mix and drop by teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Place on wire rack to cool. Don't over cook or they won't be moist and gooey! Makes approx 2-3 dozen.
