1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
5 pieces of bread cut into 1 x 1 inch squares
½ c softened butter
4 eggs
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread into pieces. Grease a casserole dish with butter or spray with Pam. Cream the sugar, butter, eggs together. Fold in bread and add fruit. Pour into casserole dish and bake in 325º F oven for approximately 1 hour. (Karen sprinkles cinnamon and sugar on the top of this before she bakes it).
