1 pork tenderloin (pre-seasoned)
1 package cooked ham
1 package baby Swiss cheese
2 loaves Cuban bread (sub French Bread)
1/2 head shredded lettuce
mustard
butter
dill pickle chips

Directions:
Directions:
cook the pork loin as directed, when cooled off slice thin medallions. Slice the bread long wise and scoop out the middle in order to pile ingredients, as necessary. Butter each side of bread generously, and squirt two lines of mustard on one side of the bread. Layer in pork tenderloin, 3-4 pieces of ham, baby Swiss and the shredded lettuce (not too much) and pickles. Butter both crusts of the bread and cook on a sandwich press until bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Our version of the famous 5 Brothers sandwich out of Summerland Key, FL.

If no sandwich press on hand, layer tin foil around a heavy brick and fry sandwich in frying pan, flipping about 3-5 minutes on each side (place brick on top of sandwich while in frying pan).
