1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg slightly beaten,
1/4 c. sour cream,
3 c. flour,
1/2 tsp. nutmeg,
1 tsp. baking soda,
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Work butter, stir in sugar, beat until fluffy.
Stir in egg and sour cream.
Mix well, sift in dry ingredients.
Stir into mixture and mix thoroughly.
Chill dough 1 hour.
Roll 1/4" thick and bake at 350 º for 8-10 minutes on greased sheet.

Frosting: White confectionary sugar, milk, butter (melted) and vanilla extract. Estimate all measurements to make consistency of frosting.
