3 eggs
1 can applesauce
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup raisins soaked 20 minutes
1 cup English walnuts

Directions:
Mix together as listed and bake in loaf pan for 20 minutes at 350º or in tube pan for 30 minutes at 350º
