6 eggs
3 cups flour (plain)
3 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 sticks oleo
1 cup canned milk
1 cup coconut
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Cream oleo and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Sift flour & baking powder together. Mix with egg mixture, alternating flour and milk. (beat well) Add flavoring, add coconut last.
Bake in tube pan 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350º. Keeps well.
