2C Flour,1/4Csugar,2 large eggs,1/2tsp vanilla,milk only to thin the batter now the filling,1/2C farmers cheese,1/4c cottage cheese 1 T sugar 1/4tsp vanilla,

mix the dough together and roll out lay the filling into the blintze dough,roll up and slice,in 1 inch rolls, cook stove top with a lil butter until brown, you can serve with chocolate topping or fruit,or maple syrup!
