3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion (chopped)
1 green pepper (sliced)
10-12 boneless chicken breast strips
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. spaghetti
1 Tbsp. sugar
½ c grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Pan fry in olive oil and butter the chicken strips. Add onion and peppers and cook until tender. Add favorite spaghetti sauce to pan and let simmer. Add pepper, garlic salt and salt to sauce and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle sugar over the sauce. Cook spaghetti as directed on container. Place spaghetti onto serving dish and cover with chicken and sauce mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese to taste.
