1 15 carton ricotta cheese
1 T parsley
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 t pepper
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound rigatoni
Spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rigatoni in salted water and drain. Mix ricotta, parsley, eggs and pepper. Spread alittle spaghetti sauce over bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Place 1/2 of rigatoni in pan, 1/2 of sauce, 1/2 ricotta mixture, 1/4 c parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 375º for 30 - 40 minutes.
