2 tbsp. meat drippings (fat and juices)
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 c. liquid (meat juices, broth, water)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 2 tbsp. drippings into pan and add flour. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in liquid. heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Salt and Pepper to taste.

For a thinner gravy, reduce drippings and flour to 1 tbsp.
