1 c. soft crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
cinnamon sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar and eggs well. Sift in remaining ingredients. Roll into balls and roll into cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400º on ungreased cookie sheet. Place balls 2 inches apart and bake 8-10 minutes. (don't burn - they should be light in color)
