2 C. cornmeal
1/3 C. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 C. buttermilk
1 C. milk
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 C. corn kernels

cranberry butter:
3/4 C. fresh cranberries
1/3 C. maple syrup
1/2 C. butter (1 stick)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 8x8 inch greased pan. Spray with cooking spray. Bake @ 350º for 35-40 minutes.
For cranberry butter, cook berries in syrup over low heat until soft. Cool and puree. Cream butter until soft. Mix in berry mixture until smooth.
