1 pound bulk sausage
24 ounce package mashed potatoes, from grocery meat case
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
12 ounce jar beef gravy

Directions:
Directions:
In medium skillet over heat, crumble and cook sausage until brown. Place in slow cooker. Add peas and carrots. Top with mashed potatoes. Pour gravy on top of potatoes. Cover and cook on low heat 4 to 6 hours.
Makes 6 servings.
