2 to 3 chicken breasts (whole or cut)
1 bottle Russian Salad Dressing
1 can cranberry sauce with whole cranberries
1 envelope of Lipton onion mix
Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in casserole dish. Mix dressing with onion mix, add cranberry sauce, mix well, pour over chicken. Bake for one hour or until tender on 350º
(I cover my dish with foil.)
