4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 7 oz. jars strained baby carrots
1 small can drained crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins
1 ½ cup Crisco Oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease with shortening and flour a 9 x 13 inch glass baking pan. Preheat over 350º F Mix eggs, sugar, carrots, pineapple, walnuts, raisins, oil in a bowl. Mix well. Add flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon & vanilla. Blend together & place in glass baking pan. Bake for 55 minutes. Best cake ever!

After cooling cake frost with Crisco Icing.

Crisco Icing

2 ½ tsp. Flour
½ cup milk
½ cup Crisco Shortening
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In boiler add flour and milk. Mix together under medium heat until thickened. Then let cool. Whip Crisco, sugar and vanilla. Beat together until creamy. Spread onto cooled cake. Enjoy!
