turkey cutlets
flour
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. capers
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salt, pepper and flour in a small bowl. Coat turkey cutlets with flour mixture and saute in oil. Remove cutlets. In same pan saute olive oil and garlic. Add broth and capers; reduce and add lemon juice. Return cutlets to pan to heat and coat; Remove cutlets, turn off heat and add butter and parsley to pan, stir until melted. Pour over cutlets.
