1 1/2 lb frozen O'brien potatoes
1/2 pint half and half
1/4 lb. margarine
1/2 lb. Mexican mild velveta cheese
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange potatoes in a 9x9 baking dish. Melt all remaining ingredients in a saucepan and pour over potatoes. Stir gently to mix. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr. or more. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 1 hour.
