1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook evaporated milk, sugar, beaten egg yolks, margarine and vanilla in a sauce pan over medium heat until mixture thickens, about 12 minutes. Add the coconut and pecans. Beat until frosting is cool and thick enough to spread.
