1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine softened
2 c sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c mashed ripe bananas ( about 3 medium)
1 t vanilla
2 c flour
1 t baking soda
pinch salt
Frosting
1/2 c butter
1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
4 c powdered sugar
2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 15 x 10 inch pan.In mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool. For frosting cream butter and cream cheese in mixing bowl. Gradually add powdered sugar aqnd vanilla. Beat well. Spread over bars
