2 lbs ground chuck
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 T chopped garlic
salt & pepper to taste
1 can Northern beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can light red kidney beans, drained
3/4 c chili powder
1/4 c cumin
1 T garlic powder
a pinch of ground cinnamon
1 T red pepper flakes or 1 t ground cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat & drain the fat. Add 1 cup of water, onion, bell pepper, salt & pepper to the meat and cook on medium high heat until veggies are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer to a boil then reduce heat to low for approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
