1/2 Bushel Tomatoes (skinned & diced)
4 large onions
4 green peppers (can use 2 red & 2 green)
2 cups dark Vinegar (apple cider)
2 1/2 C. Sugar
4 Tbsp. Salt
4 tsp. Cinnamon
4 tsp. Cloves
1 tbsp Celery Seed.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Vinegar, Sugar & Salt pour over prepared tomatoes, onions and peppers. Add spices and stir.
Cook 350 degrees until thick and dark, about 3 hours.
Pour in sterile bottles with lids. Enjoy!
