Brown I pk hamburg mix with diced onion and green pepper balance of onion and green pepper goes in sauce 1 pc garlic diced or cover the top woth garlic powder once generously 2 pinches Italian seasoning " If you want it hot - red pepper seasoning add a couple of pinches "Salt &pepper lightly sprinkled let it simmer the longer the better add water occasionally so its not to thick
