1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 15-16 oz ricotta cheese
1 10 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
1 8 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1/2 lb phyllo dough
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

or substitute s/p with Cavender's greek spice seasoning

Directions:

Cook ground beef and onion until browned. Mix with ricotta and mozzarella cheeses. With cheese cloth, spueeze dry the thawed spinach. Add ingredients. Add salt, pepper and/or greek seasoning. Set aside. In a 9 inch pie plate, place phyllo dough; brush with butter. Rotate sheets and layer the dough into pie plate. Add beef mix. Cover with phyllo dough. Brush dough with butter. Bake pie for one hour with oven set at 350 (or until browned). 8-10 servings, depending on size of pie slices
