12 cups popped popcorn
1 12 oz. can mixed nuts or peanuts
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 cup Honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º
In a large bowl, combine the popcorn & nuts.
In a small saucepan, bring the brown sugar, butter and honey to a boil over medium high heat. Cook for 5 minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. Mix well!
Pour over the popcorn mixture and stir until thoroughly coated. Spoon onto two ungreased large baking sheets and bake for 1 hour., stirring every 15 minutes.
Let cool completely, until crispy. Serve or store in airtight container.
