½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

4 eggs, unbeaten
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, cocoa, sugar and vanilla. Blend in the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in flour, baking powder, (nuts), mix well. Chill dough for 2-3 hours. Form into small balls and roll into powdered sugar. Bake at 350º F for 10-12 minutes on greased cookie sheet. Do not over bake!! Remove from pan to cool. Makes 6 dozen.
