1 cup flour
6 Tbsp. butter
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites
12 oz. fresh strawberries, chopped
1- 8oz. container whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, butter, brown sugar & nuts. Pat into an 8x8 pan. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 min. Allow to cool, then break into pieces, set aside.

Combine sugar, lemon juice, egg whites and strawberries in a large bowl. Beat 10-12 min. (Stand mixer is best for this, 10 min. is a long time to use a hand held mixer). The volume of the strawberry mixture will grow considerably during the mixing. Fold in whipped topping. Sprinkle most of the crumbs across the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread strawberry mixture evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze for several hours.
