Ingredients:  
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
½ c sour cream
1 cup margarine or butter, melted
2 eggs
1 package corn muffin mix (12oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350. Combine Whole corn, cream corn, sour cream, melted butter or margarine, beaten eggs and corn muffin mix. Mix well and pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 35-45 min uncovered.

*We usually have this along side chili or summer BBQ’s!
