1 sweet onion, diced, package of slaw cabbage-rinsed and spun, 1 cucumber, peeled and diced, 1/2 cup mint, chopped, 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped, 3 T's rice vinegar, 3 T's soy sauce, 2 T's sesame oil, 2 tsp sugar, 1 mango, diced, salt and pepper to taste

Pretty darn easy. Place all ingredients in a large bowl, toss til you are happy.
