2 bags hash browns
2 cups sour cream
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 cup melted butter/margarine
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 large onion chopped or grated
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes a bit in a large mixing bowl. Add sour cream, soup, butter, cheddar cheese and seasoning. Mix well

Spoon into one 9x13 casserole dish or in 3 - 8 inch foil pans bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Enjoy

Freeze for camping take out as needed. Thaw fully before you reheat!
