1 lb. Hamburger
Bag of Tater Tots
1 Can of Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 can of Milk
1 Cup of Sliced Mushrooms
1 Cup of Shredded Mixed Cheddar and Provolone Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

Brown and drain hamburger
Mix soup with milk
Mix hamburger with soup mixture
Place mixture in 8 X 8 baking dish
Press and sprinkle with half of cheese
Spread with mushrooms
Cover with single layer of tater tots
Cover
Bake for 30 minutes or until hot (150º)

Everything is cooked so just needs to be heated

Uncover
Sprinkle with rest of cheese
Let sit until cheese melts

Serves 4
