12 Egg Yolks
2 Cups White sugar
2 Pkgs. Knox Gelatin
1 Cup Cold Water
1 Liter Whipping Cream (get the latest expiry you can find)
1 3/4 Cups Rum (or other Liquor) I use Spiced

Directions:
Directions:
Beat Egg Yolks till light and fluffy, gradually beat in sugar.

Add Knox to cold water, let sit for 2 minutes.

Bring to a slow boil over low heat

Add this to the egg/sugar mixture.

Beat whipping cream till stiff.

Fold into egg/Knox mixture.

Add rum or liquor and stir well.

Keeps in the Fridge for 7 days.

Serve with hot coffee, tbsp or two, three....
