2 Cups Ground Cranberries
1 3/4 Cups White Sugar
2 Packages Lemon Jello
3 Cups Hot Water
1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Small Can Crushed Pineapple
8-10 Large Marshmallows cut into fourths

Directions:

Grind Cranberries and let stand 1 hour

Then combine all ingredients with the ground cranberries and mix well.

Let jell in Fridge until set.

Serve with your Thanksgiving turkey!

This is my favorite cranberry salad to have at Thanksgiving. It is not too sweet and the celery and nuts provide a great crunch. My grandmother (Rozetta Consolino) would make this every Thanksgiving.
