Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 T. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
2 chicken breasts, chopped & browned
1 1/4 c. refrigerated alfredo sauce ( I use Costco's)
1/4 c. chopped frozen spinach, defrosted & squeezed very dry
1 T. fresh basil cut into thin strips
1 T. sun-dried tomatoes cut into strips
1/3 c. fontina cheese, shredded
1/3 c. mozzarella, shredded
1/2 t. black pepper
2 12 to 16-oz pkgs. pizza dough (refrigerated Pillsbury brand worked good)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Combine olive oil and garlic in a small saucepan over medium-low heat (oil should barley bubble you don't want to fry the garlic). Once the garlic is soft enough to be smashed with a spoon, about 6 to 8 minutes, move the pan off the burner and let the garlic & oil cool.

In a medium mixing bowl combine the cooked chicken, garlic & oil, alfredo sauce, spinach, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, fontina & mozzarella cheeses & black pepper; mix together until ingredients are well incorporated.

Roll out pizza dough to 1/4" thick and spread half of the filling onto half of the dough. Fold the uncovered half over the filling and press all the edges well to seal. Then fold the edges up again and crimp. Place calzone on baking sheet or pizza pan. Repeat with remaining filling and dough. Bake calzones 22 - 24 minutes or until golden brown.
