3 c. sugar
2 egg whites
3/4 c. corn syrub - light
3/4 c. water
1 3 oz pkg. Jello
1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Combined sugar, syrup and water in 3 qt. pan. Cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves. Cook to hard ball stage 325 deg. Meanwhile, beat egg white until stiff. Blend in Jello. When syrup reaches 252 deg. pour in a thin stream over egg whites beating constantly with electric mixer on medium speed. Beat until mixture becomes dull in color. Then add nuts and drop on butter cookie sheet. Makes 2 lbs. Any kind of Jello may be used.
