2 c. flour
1/4 c. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. salt
2 eggs, beated
2 c. milk
4T. canola oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk & oil in a large bowl.
Sift in all dry ingrdients. Beat until smooth.
I cook on a griddle and drop chocolate chips in to the bubbling pancakes before I flip them. When edges are dry looking flip and cook until golden brown. Serve with condiments of choice.
