3/4 c ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp ground allspice
2 Tbsp ground cloves
1 Tbsp ground nutmeg
1 c applesauce
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients, blending well. Stir in applesauce; mix well. Mixture will be stiff. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Using small or medium-size cookie cutters, cut dough into desired shapes. Peel away excess dough and reroll as necessary. Let ornaments dry uncovered for 4 to 5 days.
