8 red potatoes
4 stalks celery
2 cans reduced sodium chicken broth
1 yellow onion(white is too strong)
1 cup half and half
pepper
Shredded cheese sliced green onions.

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse potatoes and celery. Use a peeler and take off any scars or eyes on the potatoes and leave 1/3 of the skin on each potato unless necessary to peel to get rid of rotten or brown spots. Dice potatos and slice up celery and put in large crock pot. Add chicken broth diced yellow onion and pepper. Place on high for 4-5 hours or low for 8hours. Mash with a masher and add half and half. Let cook on low one more hour stiring every 15 mins.
With each individual bowl place cheese and sliced green onion on top and serve.
