2 cups flour
1 cup salt
4 tsp. cream of tarter
2 T. vegetable oil
2 cups water -divided

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan, no heat. Add the oil and one cup of water. Stir on medium heat. Add final cup of water and mix with hand mixer 3 to 5 minutes over low heat. When it starts to pull away and form a dough you are done.
Add food coloring of your choice and store in airtight container.
