Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb (approx.) boneless skinless chicken breast (3 or so)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp milk or light cream
1 lb green beans, cut into 2-3 inch pieces
8 oz button mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp butter
1 small can French's Fried Onion strips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. In a baking dish or pie plate, spoon 1 heaping T of mushroom soup and spread thinly on bottom.
2. Mix remaining soup and milk or cream in a small bowl.
3. Cut each chicken breast in half and pound so that they are all the same thickness (or be really good at cutting and cut them all the same size, which is what I try to do when I am being lazy).
4. Lay chicken in dish and cover with soup/milk mix. Be sure to cover all of the chicken so that it doesn't dry out.
5. Bake for 30 minutes or so, until chicken is no longer pink.
6. While chicken cooks, boil or steam green beans for a few minutes - they should still have some bite.
7. Melt butter in a saute pan and cook mushrooms slices until softened.
8. Add in green beans and cover. Let sit off heat until chicken is almost done.
9. When chicken is done cooking, spread french fried onions over top.
10. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes to crisp onions.
11. While crisping onions, return green beans and mushrooms to heat, uncovered and season with salt and pepper.
12. Plate green beans and mushrooms, then scoop chicken over the top.
13. Spoon extra soup mix over top.
14. Serve with side of rice or potatoes.
