12 slices white bread, crusts removed
Butter
Cinnamon
1 (10 oz.) jar cherry preserves
4 eggs
2 2/3 c. milk
2 T. granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Butter an 8x8 in. baking dish. Arrange 4 slices bread in bottom of dish; sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Spread a spoonful of cherry preserves on each slice. Repeat, making two more layers.
Beat eggs, milk and granulated sugar together. Pour over bread and bake 1 hour. Refrigerate.
