3 pkg chopped frozen spinach
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm onion, chopped and sautéed
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cans artichoke hearts, quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook spinach as directed and drain. Add sautéed onions, lemon juice and cream of mushroom soup. Set aside. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream, beginning with spinach, ending with sour cream. After each later of mayonnaise mixture, add a few artichokes, pushing each one down into the mixture. Bake 30 to 45 minutes.
