1 raccoon .
salt.
pepper.
1/2 c. vinegar
Garlic salt.
6 strips of bacon.
8 small sweet potatoes..

Directions:
Directions:
Scrape off all fat inside and out. Boil coon in water with salt, pepper and vinegar until tender. Transfer from water to baking dish. With back turned up, sprinkle lightly with garlic salt Place bacon strips on top of coon Peel and cook potatoes in coon juice until 1/2 done. Place potatoes around coon and bake at 350 deg. until bacon is brown and potatoes are done.
