2 lb pkgs frozen peas and carrot mix
1 lb meat cut into cubes (or beef stew cuts)
1 small onion (diced)
1 can 12 oz. tomato sauce
3 cups water
1½ tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Use a medium pan to brown the meat, then add the diced onion, black pepper, cinnamon and salt. Stir, then pour water on the meat and cook on medium heat until the meat is tender. Add water if needed. Pour on the tomato sauce and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Then drop in the frozen peas and carrot to cook for 10 minutes. Shut off the stove. Serve with white rice.
