1 lb hot breakfast sausage (browned and drained)
1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, room temp
1/2 onion (yellow or white)
3/4 c sour cream
2 cans Rotel (1 drained, 1 not)
1 12 oz pkg Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1/4 t cumin
1/2 t chili powder

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Bake in 9x13 dish. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
