2 c. uncooked rotini
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1/4 c. sliced olives
1/3 c. feta cheeze

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta to desired doneness. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add celery and garlic. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and olives. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain pasta and place in serving bowl. Add sauce and gently toss. Sprinkle with cheeze.
