3 quarts of stock
2 c sliced carrots
2 c celery with green leafy tops
2 1/2 c egg noodles, uncooked
1 c sliced mushrooms
3 T fresh parely leaves
1/3 c cooking sherry
2 t chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1 c grated parmesan
1 onion, peeled and diced
3/4 c heavy cream
salt and pepper and lemon pepper for seasoning
french bread for serving
1 fryer chicken (2 1/2-3 lbs)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring stock to a boil; add onion (cook for 10 minutes). Add carrots and celery; cook for additional 5-10 minutes. Add chicken, parsely, rosemary, sherry and mushrooms. Add egg noodles and cook for recommended time on package. Decrease heat to a simmer. Add parmesan and cream. Cook another 2-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy along with a nice hot crusty loaf of french bread.
