1 19oz can of black beans, rinsed
1 15 oz can of kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
4 10 inch tortillas
1 c. salsa
2 c. grated cheeze

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beans, corn, and cilantro. Spray pie plate with cooking spray. Place one tortilla in pie plate. Spread 1/3 of salsa on tortilla. Top with 1/3 of bean mix, and then 1/3 of cheeze. Continue layering with tortillas and toppings. Top with tortilla and bake for 12 - 15 minutes at 450º. Serve with sour cream. For a spicier dish...add some Franks Red Hot© to the bean mixture before preparing.
