1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can white corn, drained and rinsed
1 can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 can diced tomatoes with oregano and garlic
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
½ green pepper, chopped
red onion, chopped, as much as you like
Chili powder to taste.

Directions:

Mix together beans, corn and peas. Add tomatoes. Add chopped ingredients and chili powder. Serve with tortilla chips, or on a baked potato.
