4 T vinegar
4 T lemon juice
1 c oil
2 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
1 t dried mustard
2 T sugar
1/2 t garlic powder
1 medium red onion, sliced
4 T pimento
4 cut up artichoke hearts

Mix together and refrigerate overnite before serving. Serve with romaine and iceberg lettuce.
