Vinaigrette:
1/3 c cider vinegar
2 T PURE maple syrup
1 T Dijon mustard
1/4 t Kosher salt
1/3 c olive oil
1 6 oz package glazed pecans

Salad:
1 (10 oz) package Baby Spinach, romaine, or combo
1 Gala or Honey crisp apple, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 4 oz package crumbled goat cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk vinaigrette in small bowl or shake in tight lid container. Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Toss with dressing. Top with pecans.
